Advantages of buying off-plan: prices are on average 15-20% lower than the market prices, there is a stage payment plan, there is a choice of finishes, and you can make minor changes to the project.
The property grows in value over the construction period, so the closer you get to completion, the higher the price. Many of our investors buy properties off-plan and resell them on completion.
What should you pay attention to when buying off-plan? The most important criterion is the reputation of the construction company. You should check if the previous projects have been successfully completed and individual title deeds have been issued.
You should also check the documents for the land, building permits and company registration documents. If there are any problems with at least one of the documents, it is better not to proceed with the purchase.
